Planny account

In some parts of the website, you can sign up by means of an appointment or contact form. Based on your consent, you provide your personal name and address details together with the preferred dates when you would like to schedule the trial (riding) lesson. This includes first and last name, address, place of residence, date of birth, e-mail and telephone number.

Aan de hand van deze gegevens maken wij een melding in ons rijschoolsoftware Planny. Tevens kun je hier een eigen profiel op aanmaken met de opgegeven e-mailadres en een zelfgekozen wachtwoord en daarmee inloggen en je gehele rijopleiding volgen.

Deze gegevens worden op Planny bewaard zodat je niet telkens opnieuw hoeft in te vullen. 

What do we do with your personal data?

Personal data will be used for the following purposes:

- entering into tuition agreements
- selling online products from our webshop
- booking of CBR exams
- sending you correspondence
- posting on social media

For the above purposes, we may request the following personal data from you:

Disclosure to other companies or institutions

If necessary, we may provide personal data to third parties. We will only do so if this is necessary for carrying out the purposes described above.

Required by law, Xpress Driver Training does not keep its candidates' data longer than necessary for the purpose.

We have included social media systems in our website programming. These systems collect personal data from those services. 

Google Analytics

Our website has integrated Google Analytics coding to keep track of visitor behaviour. No personal information is thus obtained here. The data collected is only used for other Google services.

Xpress Rijopleiding.nl takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. Access, modify and delete your data

Xpress Rijopleiding.nl maakt gebruikt van een rijschoolsoftware, genaamd Planny waar wij alle gegevens van de leerlingen verzamelen. Alle gegevens die bij ons worden opgenomen kunnen de cursisten ook raadplegen via hun Planny account.

Through this account you can:

• Zien welke persoonsgegevens wij hebben;
• Wijzigen van eigen persoonsgegevens;
• Verwijderen van verouderde persoonsgegevens;
• Non actief zetten van eigen account; 

Filing a complaint

Xpress Rijopleiding.nl handles the personal data of its candidates very carefully. If you still think we are not serving you properly? Then you can go to the Personal Data Authority to lodge a complaint.
